Be the Hands and Feet – A Monday Challenge
Yesterday at church, something simple but powerful stayed with me. When Pastor Rod said, “Be the hands, feet, heart, and mouth of Jesus,” it didn’t just sound good....it felt like a calling.
Not something complicated. Not something out of reach. Just a daily decision to show up differently.
To be His hands by helping someone in need.
To be His feet by going where kindness is needed most.
To be His heart by loving people without judgment.
To be His mouth by speaking life, encouragement, and truth.
This is my prayer for the week, that I wouldn’t just hear those words, but live them.
And I want to challenge you to do the same.
Monday Challenge: Do one intentional act in each area today:
Use your hands to help someone (big or small)
Use your feet to go out of your way for someone
Show your heart by choosing kindness, even when it’s hard
Use your mouth to speak something uplifting to someone who needs it
It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be real.
Imagine how different the world would feel if we all chose to show up this way!! even just for one day.
